ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Josue Rivera - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and maintain client insurance accounts with accuracy and attention to detail
- Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and address any inquiries or issues
- Generate new leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts
- Assist in preparing and processing insurance applications and documentation
- Coordinate with underwriters, brokers, and other insurance professionals to facilitate policy issuance
- Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions and account status in the CRM system
- Support the sales team by providing timely information and assistance as needed
- Monitor policy renewals and proactively reach out to clients for renewals or upgrades
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Participate in training sessions to stay informed about insurance products and market trends
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
